    Is laser hair removal a painful process?

    A

    We an Intense Pulse Laser (IPL) machine with a built-in cooling system which makes the laser treatments at JD Laser Clinic feel virtually painless!

    How many laser hair removal treatments will I need?

    A

    The amount of treatments you need depends on each individuals hair growth. Each time you come in for a laser hair removal treatment there is a 10-15% hair reduction. You may need 6-12 treatments, but it is different for everyone.

    Can I wax, tweeze or pluck in between treatments?

    A

    No! You cannot wax, tweeze or pluck in between treatments because the hair follicle needs to be present in order for the laser to work. You can however, shave in between treatments!

    Can you do laser hair removal if you have light blonde hair?

    A

    No, we cannot do laser hair removal on light blonde hair. The melanin in the hair follicle cannot absorb the laser energy.

    What is your pricing and do you have any promos?

    How often do I need to come in for a laser hair treatment?

    A

    You would need to come in for a treatment every 4 weeks until the hair is permanently reduced.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    A

    Should you cancel or change your appointment within the 24 hours, or do not attend your appointment at all, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $20. If your appointments are prepaid, you will forgo one session of your prepaid program.

    What is your refund policy?

    A

    JD Laser Clinic has a strict ‘no refund’ policy on all purchases, including all prepaid packages (whether these programs are paid in full or not) for change of mind reasons, in the event that your circumstances change, or in the event that you choose to discontinue treatments. Prepaid packages will expire and will automatically be cancelled after 1 year from the initial date of purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be given. However, packages are transferrable to other treatments or other individuals.
